Summer Convention 2022 was a great success!

June 8, 2022

We want to thank Debbi Nadrchal and the hardworking Coeur d’Alene Lodge Convention Committee for making the Coeur d’Alene Convention a HUGE SUCCESS. We had a great time. Bob Shaw, PER and PDDGER, was installed as our 2022-2023 Idaho State Elks Association President. Lyle Guessford was awarded State Elk of the Year for 2020-2021, and Traci Marmon was awarded State Elks for 2021-2022. Steve Meier was inducted into the Hall of Honor. Pam Johnson was awarded the coveted Lady Elk of the Year Award. We elected and installed two new officers. Tom Marmon, DDGER and PER, from the Caldwell Lodge #1448 was elected into the office of State Trustee. Thank you Susie Stertz for your years of service as a State Trustee. Sera White, PER, from the Wallace Lodge #331 was installed as Vice President North. Del Miley was given the distinct honor of being named Emeritus Special Deputy to the Grand Exalted Ruler.

It was great to see everyone and attend all of the fun activities. Tom Winters of the Oregon State Elks Association took photos of the event and shared them. Thanks Tom!
