| Grangeville 1825 | 1000 | The Grangeville Elks Lodge will assist the Grangeville Senior Nutrition Program and Grangeville Meals on Wheels to provide to Grangeville and the surrounding areas senior citizens with the Christmas holiday meal. The grant funds will be given to the Senior Nutrition Program to help purchase the estimated $1600 worth of groceries necessary to providing over 100 senior citizens with a prime rib dinner. The Grangeville Senior program has provided a holiday meal to senior citizens for many years. Due to rising food costs the resources and budget have been stretched thin this year. The Senior Nutrition Program has been asking the local community for donations to help maintain their program. The program also receives food from the local food bank to help make ends meet. The Grangeville Elks Lodge will receive very favorable publicity by donating to and helping provide the seniors holiday meal. Pictures will be taken and provided to the local newspaper. |
| Kellogg Elks Lodge #1841 | 1000 | If approved, we would like to utilize the Elks Track grant funding toward purchasing food and hygiene items for the Kellogg Food Pantry serving families in need. We anticipate this will be an ongoing project as needs will continue due to benefit reductions, price of goods and employment challenges. Last month the Kellogg Elks Lodge and Silver Valley CARES partnered to provide a pantry in Kellogg. The lodge membership voted to support the pantry at our November 6, 2025 meeting. A lodge member purchased a used cabinet to house the panty, refurbished and painted it, and placed the pantry in front of the lodge for easy access. The pantry officially opened November 22, 2025 when Lodge members met for a publicity photo op and filled the pantry with donated items. The community support has been overwelming, both in terms of donations and residents served by the pantry. At last nights meeting, we agreed the pantry has been a huge asset to residents experiencing food insecurity and positive exposure for our Lodge. In addition to food donations, coats and blankets have also been donated by community members. |
| Rupert Lodge 2106 | 1000 | 2nd Annual Corgis and Cars show and race. This is a community event where we have veterans, community members and Elks members participating in a corgi race and car show. We also have the drug trailer to pass out information to all of the kids that attend. The money we make from this event is donated to the Rupert Animal Shelter. Last year we donated all of the proceeds in the amount of $1,040.00. Most of our members absorbed expenses and donated water, time and the community provided food trucks and local businesses provided porta potties. We would like to donate all of the money we get this year to the Rupert Animal Shelter again. This grant would help us increase our donation. |
| Pocatello Elks Lodge #674 | 1000 | Donation to the Idaho State University for Benny's Pantry. Mission of Pantry: We recognize that poverty is often a barrier for students who are striving to obtain a certification or degree in higher education. One of the many hardships associated with poverty is food insecurity (the lack of access to enough safe and nutritious food). We believe that by alleviating food insecurity where it may exist, we empower our student community to focus on learning and discovery, thereby removing a significant barrier to persistence. Goals of Pantry: Create a food secure community by offering emergency assistance of nutritious food to the ISU community. Educate the Idaho State community about issues related to poverty and hunger. Cultivate a culture of service minded leadership within the ISU community. History of Pantry: Benny's Pantry opened in Pocatello on January 20, 2014, as an initiative of the Student Affairs Division and was the state of Idaho's first college or university food pantry. Additional locations were opened on the Idaho Falls campus (2016) and the Meridian campus (2019). The pantries offer free, emergency food assistance directly to the Idaho State University community and are staffed by Student Affairs staff members and student employees. |

In 2024, BCAD helped 60 students obtain their GED/HSE, supported 46+ youth in pursuing higher education or employment, and provided more than 794 hours of educational mentoring, demonstrating both need and effectiveness. Beyond academics, BCAD addresses essential daily needs by offering breakfast and lunch, access to hygiene and clothing resources, a food freezer for youth to take items home, and transportation for school, testing, mentoring, and required appointments such as court, probation, and drug testing. Youth also receive referrals to the Nampa Family Justice Center for mental health and victim services and can participate in weekly support groups and skills-building workshops covering financial literacy, cooking, vehicle maintenance, and career exploration. The $1,000 grant will be used to directly support BCAD’s essential student-service programs. This project will provide the citizens of Elmore County Idaho with a memorial to those who were killed in Vietnam and Iraq. Currently there is no memorial that gives closure or a place to set and reflect on the sacrifice that these young men gave for their country. A memorial headstone has been designed, the city has agreed to a location at the cemetery for it to be placed and a final price has been agreed upon with the monument company. This headstone/ monument will honor these men who died so young for our freedom. Until now no one has stepped forward to give the families, friends, loved ones or other veterans of these wars a place to reflect and pay tribute to their brothers who have fallen. Our community is made up of an Airforce Base as well and many retired and discharged veterans. This project is long over due and will be appreciated by all in the community. The BPOE Elks say we stand up for veterans both past and present. Now is the time to show that we really do stand by our words and honor those who died for not only us but for future generations. |

Those children who want to play golf this summer but cannot afford this activity without our charitable donation. The youth golf program gives children in need the opportunity to learn a sport and develop valuable personal qualities that carry over to adulthood and responsible citizenship. And just as the Youth Golf Program fills a gap in youth athletics, the Elks Drug Awareness Program fills the gap where schools used to teach the drug resistance curriculum. The quote received for 12 helmets is $1560, so this would help immensely. Several Elks members have children and grandchildren playing football in middle school, and our members support this project. Two local news sources will cover the check delivery. This will likely prompt other residents to become Elks members, and displays to the community the good that Weiser Elks 1683 are doing here. We have not applied to the ENF for this because it doesn't fall into ENF grant guidelines, and we have already used our allotment for ENF grants this year. |

Our lodge currently feeds Veterans five times a month FREE of charge. |
| Caldwell Elks Lodge #1448 | 1500 | To help fund a traveling medical office by purchasing computer, office furnishings etc. A local physician with a huge social media presence is now able to work less. Statistics show that Idaho has higher than average rates of death due to skin cancers and regular screening will go a long way in saving lives. He will provide products, medication, work with local pharmacies and follow up on those he serves. These funds will help him purchase the electronic office equipment needed as well as office/exam furniture to enable him to conduct his exams and track his patients. Given the fact that he will travel all through Idaho, rather than just a portion of Idaho, this is the perfect opportunity for Statewide publicity. Dr. Portela has 2.4 million followers on Tic Tok along and that is not counting other social platforms. His large social media presence affords him the ability to focus on charity rather live in his office. His traveling office would display the Elks as a sponsor/partner and they would also get exposure on social media. |
