What: Winter 2019 Idaho Elks Convention

When: November 7-9, 2019

Where: Caldwell Idaho

Hello all,
Just a point of clarification for the Winter Training. The actual training sessions begin around noon on Friday and will be completed in the early afternoon on Saturday. The semi-formal dinner will be on Friday Evening. Some meetings with the officers and others will occur Friday morning. Traci has included lunches and dinners on Thursday and Saturday to get a head count. So, please, if you plan to arrive early or stay late and plan to have meals at the lodge, make sure you indicate that on your registration form.

For this training, we especially want ALL Leading Knights as well as Lodge Secretaries and FIRST YEAR trustees from the district where the trainings are being held (This year, South District). So, please register ASAP. Further, the actual training will be classroom style with tables and such for note taking etc. Thus, this will be different than what you have observed in the past. Feel free to bring your laptops/tablets. However, there are limited power sources so make sure they are charged before your arrival at the sessions.

The final schedule will be out shortly.
